Canadians are being challenged in a number of ways because of isolation, financial and employment uncertainty and disruptions to daily life. Wellness Together Canada provides tools and resources to help Canadians get back on track. These include modules for addressing low mood, worry, substance use, social isolation and relationship issues.

Wellness Together Canada is a Health Canada funded project that is a partnership among Stepped Care Solutions, Kids Help Phone and Homewood Health – three of Canada’s leading and most innovative mental health organizations.
Creating an account allows you to develop your own mental wellness plan. You can choose to receive regular check-ins for self-assessment and get reports that help you monitor your mental wellness. In addition, an account helps you keep track of the tools you use through this website.
A self-assessment provides information on your mental wellness. Completing self- assessments on a regular basis allows you to monitor your mental wellness and choose a program that is right for you. You are encouraged to try a new resource if you are not getting positive change. Monitoring your progress will help you find the path that works best for you.
